They brought film production craft, from a studio that works with AI tools daily. We brought the VideoGenX bootcamp and the curriculum around it, so a school can run a real production without a film department.

How a film actually gets made.
AI is a production tool here, not a subject. The craft questions are the same ones a studio asks: whose story is it, what does the audience know, and why is this shot on the screen.
Decide what the film is about, and who it is for.
- Write a premise a stranger can repeat back after hearing it once.
- Storyboard the beats, then cut the ones that repeat.
- Use AI to draft and to argue with, not to decide.
Outcome: a script with a reason to exist.
